We have had an amazing, albeit different, year.  The wildlife and the sunsets continue with their beauty, so plan on enjoying these wonders of nature and the Cimarron Valley through the fall and winter

The RV spaces are well spaced and we can check-in and park remotely if necessary.  The spaces are full hook-up, with most being 30 amp service.  The cabins are stand-alone units, and are booked through Airbnb or directly, especially for longer-term rentals.

Let us provide you the ideal facilities for any type of get away you want to plan.  There are large, spacious pull thru RV sites, six fully furnished cabins, a "camping cabin", several tent sites and a large lodge that will sleep up to 10 people.  The laundry facilities and public showers are clean and accessible to all patrons. There is now FREE wi-fi available with stay.  If you are traveling alone with a camper, tent, or car stop in.  Also if you are looking for a place for a large group get together that has all three types of travelers we are able to offer something for everyone.  The cabins are open year round allowing you to enjoy the wonders of Colorado all year.  Those who hunt or snowmobile will find our location perfect for easy access to the nearby public lands and groomed trails.  The RV campsites and showers are seasonal.

We are located at approximately 7500' in elevation which provides wonderful relief for you from the summer heat.  Our convenient  location approximately four miles east of the small town of Cimarron, Colorado, is about half way between Montrose, Colorado and Gunnison, Colorado, and provides you the perfect opportunity to enjoy numerous area attractions without having to drive for miles everyday to get to your destination.  Here are just a few that are nearby: Silver Jack Reservoir, Owl Creek Pass, Blue Mesa Reservoir, Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, the Cimarron River, other numerous streams, rivers and lakes.

If it's fishing, hunting, hiking, sight seeing, taking the Jeep for a spin, climbing rocks on the four wheelers, riding the snowmobiles, getting that perfect wildlife photo or just relaxing, this is the place to stay.

We look forward to seeing you.

A  dream location,  from abundant wildlife and local hunting knowledge, to wildflowers, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and night photography because there is no "light" pollution.

Our central location saves you miles of repetitive driving time from Montrose or Gunnison just to get to many attractions.  This makes them nice half day or day trips from the campground.
